Rubber Ceramic Wear Liner Introduction :

Ceramic rubber components also named wear ceramic liner, are perfect combination of hardness and flexibility. small ceramic plates or hex tiles or cylinder are vulcanized into the rubber backing with approximate 50 Shore A hardness, offering physical property high impact and noise reduction beside of excellent abrasion resistance. These plates are necessarily steel backed. Used in heavy wear areas.Chemshun ceramic rubber liner panels are engineered and designed to the needs of our customers. Normal size 300*300 mm and 500*500mm vulcanized with 150*100*6mm ceramic plate, 31*31mm cylinder , S12*T13mm hex mat etc.
