This line is used to produce pvc steel wire pipe by single screw extruder.
The raw material is pvc granule.
The type of extruder depends on the diameter of final product.

Machine Features:

4). Adopt all electric parts which brand is SIEMENS/OMRON.
5). Use all stainless steel which type is 304.
6). Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen quenched which the thickness layer 0.4-0.7mm; Hardness of screw barrel: >940 HV; Unique grooved structure feed bush with force cooling system that is specially designed by Friend co. which can increase output at 15-20%.
7).The water cooling tank of this line has a set of automatically control water temperature and water level . it can save lot of water and improve production efficiency.
8). 1 or 2 person are enough to operation whole line.
9). As request, two position winding machine is avaliable, which much save time.
