Description
Reactor Introduction This Reaction Tank can be used for different processes like hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation and evaporation in many fields such as pharmacy, chemistry, foodstuff, light industry and etc.
The reactor is generally made of SUS304, SUS316L stainless steel. Several mixing types are available such as anchor type, frame type and blade type. It adopts cycloidal pinwheel type decelerator and variable-speed type decelerator as its agitation system. And the type of mechanical sealing is adopted for its sealing device; And the structure of jacket or half-pipe or coil pipe is available for its heating and cooling system. Several heating modes are available to be chosen from such as steam heating, electric heating and heating by heat conductive oil in order to meet different technological requirements under different working environments where acid and alkaline resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-abrasion or anti-corrosion is required respectively.
