How to install: 1. Fasten connecting box to scales in a suitable place, and open the lid of connecting box.
2. Lead the sensor cable and instrument signal cable through the connecting box's connector. And connect all of cables as the PCB identification. Then, tighten all screws.
3. Connected the shielding line of all cables to the grounding column GND of the junction box.
How to debug: According to output signal size of sensor and wiring diagram, adjust the relevant potentiometer. (Attention: don't adjust the potentiometer overly) .Then, close the junction box lid and tighten screws.
Attention:
1. As sensor label may be different when using the weighing apparatus with different number sensor, please following the wiring diagram of weighing apparatus to connect the wire.
2. The place where marked E or En mean excitation power.

Leveling method: (the connecting line must be disconnect before leveling)
1. Debugged the signal: adjust the multimeter to 20k file; make the total signal output terminal +s and -s short circuit. The multimeter probes should be connecting with the terminal blocks where marked +s and -s of every sensor in turn. Debugged every corresponding potentiometer and make the multimeter display the same resistance.
2. Debug the bridge type voltage: adjust the multimeter to 200k file, one probe connect to the total line where marked +E, another one connect the branching of every sensors where marked +E. Debug every relevant potentiometer to make the multimeter display the same resistance. Debug all the relevant potentiometers.
Summary: when adjust the error of the 4 corners for the electronic truck scale which is newly installed, firstly, make sure the error is in the range of three division values. Then adjust the error to be same by potentiometer compensating. If the error is more than three division value, just depending on potentiometers is not enough, adjust the height of sensor, then use potentiometers adjust to be same.

Because of the consistency of sensor not reached the perfect when they leave the factory. And add the restriction of environmental factor and installation method; there appears an unbalance in the parallel connection group of sensors. In order to solve problem, it should select junction box to adjust the ratio of sensor rate and sensor output resistance to be same. Make sure the balance of scale. Then adjust the level of mechanical table: When the force on more than four sensors is unbalanced, it is not enough to compensate by potentiometer. So firstly adjust the height of sensor. Since the range is 20~ 40kg, adjust the output signal by the potentiometer to be basically accordance. The process is repeated. As the mechanical table is out of shape, adjusting one corner may affect two corners, even three corners; it is need to be tested repeatedly.
