Application:
The type of valve series is designed to use before and after doing sterilize treatment.

Open Valve: Sampling
To open valve can through rotary handle (can adjust type valve)or switch lever(open and close valve). When the central spindle and diaphragm have opened, the fluid can through sample.

Close Valve: Sterilization sample
Reverse operation handle, built-in-spring can close valve, meanwhile can keep the passageway through between the hosepipe, so that doing sterilization treatment. If need use the steam, advise the customer installed a small type of pressure to adjust valve in the outlet.

Standard Design:
The consisted parts of sterile sample valve included three parts: One valve body, one valve head and one piece diaphragm. Rubber diaphragm valve is put in the central spindle of valve head, and use as a continual central spindle...

Valve specification:
It can supple the valve specification to customer: First one use to treatment low viscosity material, such as water, beer, wine, fluid milk and so on; Second one use to trea high viscosity material, such as nutlet yoghourt, syrup, ice cream and so on.

Valve body: Stainless steel, AISI316L
Valve head: Stainless steel, AISI304
Diaphragm: Silastic(use to standard valve), EPDM rubber(use to valve with micro type connector)

Pressure: Max. Working pressure above the valve seat(close valve): 1000KPa
Max. Working pressure above the valve cover(open valve): Rubber material 500KPa, stainless steel material 1000KPa
Temperature
Max. Sterilization temperature, dry steam: 121-134° . Steam must be use dry, because the condensate water will damage the diaphragm. We suggested to customer, after 100times sampling or sterilization, should be replace the diaphragm.
