Linear shaft description
ERSK Linear offers linear shafting in a variety of different options to meet a wide range of customer needs. Available in hardened steel, CK45 material steel, SUJ2 material steel, hollow steel , inch and metric, Simplicity Shafting maintains the ideal surface finish for linear plain bearings and ball bearings.
· Solid round shafting is available in inch sizes from 3/16" thru 4" and metric sizes from 3 mm thru 80 mm
· Machining available upon request

Smooth Operation
The high efficiency of linear shaft is vastly superior to conventional shaft. The torque required is less than 30%. Linear motion can be easily changed from rotary motion.

Advantage:Suitable for hardening. Heat slowly to to 760°C - 800°C Austenitize until the
temperature is uniform. Quench into well agitated water.Quench hardness is 65-68 Hrc (approx.). Temper immediately after hardening preferably before the tool reaches room temperature. Temper for a minimum of 1 hour at temperatures between 180°C - 350°C, dependent upon the final hardness required (see graph)We can offer linear shaft with diameter 5mm-150mm, maxium length up to 6000mm. When you are special requirements on length, we can meet your machining requirements with different length; when you request above 6000mm, we can anti-connect for you.

3. At last, packing the bearings with wooden box totally at the outer packing to invoid the rust or the moist;
