Description
1200G tube lab furnace uses imported resistance wires as heating element, adopting 50segments programme to control the temperature. The chamber is used polycrystalline alumina fiber. Double shell structure with air cooling system ensuring the furnace rise and cool quickly; The furnace can be connected to vacuum pump, which is optional according to customers' requirement.

Main features:
1. The furnace uses high quality polycrystalline alumina fiber as chamber material, saving energy, small volume, fast temperature rising and cooling. 
2. Three sides or more sides of high quality heating resistance wire OCr27Al7Mo2 to keep the temperature uniform, and maximum temperature up to 1200C
3. Side open door, when the door is open, the power cut off automatically;
4. Over-temperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and easy operation.
