How to use PU foam earplugs
1)Many pu foram ear plug can not be cleaned, so keep your hand clean before use.
2) Take one ear plug and make it slim in your fingers.
3) Take your ear upwards and outwards (this is important), then insert the slim ear plug.
4) The slim ear plug will be relaxed in your ear tunnel (last 30 seconds), when you feel the ear plug is full of your ear tunnel. Then put down your hand.
