Based on the "ready door concept", we innovated a "ready to install" jamb system with adjustable and pre-drilled door jambs and casings.

4. Packing and shipping

Solid wooden doors wrapped with PE film and pilled on pallet with 25 pieces per pallet for 45mm door.All sides of pallet will be protected by 3mm plywood with protecting carton at pallet corners.Pallet fastened by plastic packing strips.
 
Loading quantity for 40mm door:
20GP: 350 -- 385 doors
40GP: 700 -- 770 doors
40HQ: 840 -- 910 doors
