AH-KLJ series automatic granule packing machine is our new developed machine, it adopts computer control, tintype, vertical, three side and four side sealing, flatness bag and pillow bag, tact. It can automatically realize the following packing processes: Bag making, metering and filling-in, port sealing, cut-out, date printing, ultraviolet sterilization for the packing film and others, its metering delivery pump, suitable to pack the fluid granule to small bags.

1. Film Frame
2. Mixed rang: Mixed rang consists of shaper, strut lever, rapper.
3. Upper sealing:
Upper sealing consists of actuating cylinder, supporting, heater, more.
4. Traction:
Traction consists of traction motor; Pull down wheel, photoelectric encoder, braced frame.
5. Lower sealing
Lower sealing parting consists of pushing cylinder rushing board, guide bar, heat sealing copper block, parting cut cylinder paring cut knife.
6. Metering filling
Metering filling Consisting of charging basket, buffeting dispense feeder, photo switch, upper charging tray, jigger, lower charging tray, charging bar, safety loop, clutch gear, actuating motor, transmission gear, message cam, proximity switch.


Payment
1.T/T and Western Union are accepted
2.30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment
3.All banking charges outside China are on buyers

1.Upon receipt of payment , delivery date will be in 15-30 working days,
2.By Air, by Sea or by Express (DHL etc)
3.Shipment cost will depend on the destination, shipment way and the weight of the goods

Yes, not only manual or operation video, 3D drawing also available to make as per your design,also the video we can make of testing the material from our packaging machine if your packing goods easier for us to find from our local market.

Q2:How can I trust you for the first time business ?
Please note our above business license and certificate. 

Q3:Is engineer available to serve oversea?
Yes, but the travel fee is paid by you. So actually to save your cost, we will send you a video of full details machine installation and assist you till the end.

Q4:How can we make sure about the machine quality after we put the order?
Before delivery, we will send you the pictures and videos for you to check the quality, and also you can arrange for quality checking by yourself or by your contacts in China.

Q5:Will you provides the door to door service?
Yes. Please offer us your final destination, we will check with our agent to see if it available, and most of the area is ok for us to clearing and sending in your countries.
