Our plastic matrix factory is located in Shunde, The Delta of the Pearl River, where has the reputation of "The kingdom of home appliance".
After 16 years' development, we have accumulated abundant manufacturing experiences. At present, we have more than 30 professional engineers and over 100 experienced technicians, so we have strong designing and patternmaking ability.
We have introduced advanced equipments both from home and abroad into our factory, we have entire plastic matrix special production equipment, including 6 Taiwan CNC, 20 Taiwan spark machine, 2 Japan Shadike spark machine, 6 beam drill, 20 milling machine, 2 lathe, 5 grinders and 15 injection machines.
Our factory produce (machining) all kinds of matrix professionally. We have sound manufacturing experience in some matrix manufacturing, including:
1. Home appliance (such as refrigerator, washer machine, TV, micro-wave oven and air-conditioner etc. ),
2. Small family appliance (such as electric cooker, fan, drinking water machine, whipping extractor, soybean Milk machine, deep fryer etc. ),
3. Light adornment (such as daylight lamp, emergency light, searchlight, attract overhead light etc. ),
4. Plastic pipes and fittings (PPR, UPVC, PE, PP pipes and fittings, extrusion moulds and injection moulds)
