1. The vape pen e-cigarette has 6 months warranty after shipment except for human factors.
2. All the products are strictly checked before packing, ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3. In case any defective occurred during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defective is over 1%,all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of return and the seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.

2. About Warranty:
From shipping date, 6 months for battery, 3 months for atomizers.If product is defective, pls tell us within 3 days.
3. Delivery time:
Basically, 3 working days for sample order,7-14 working days for bulk order
4. Shipment arrangement:
Usually we arrange shipment by DHL,UPS,TNT,etc.
5. About OEM Service:
