Product working principle of the Automatic Side Bar Forming Machine:
The working principle of the full automatic side bar forming machine is that two motors respectively drag the left and right disk-type cutters to cut the u-groove with different widths on both sides of the side bar, and the other two motors drag the upper and lower cutters to cut the arc parts of the side bar. The positions of the left and right, upper and lower cutters can be adjusted by hand wheel. The wood placed at the feed inlet of the table can be pressed by the cylinder,and a separate 0.75KW motor can drag the table along the guide rail from left to right through the two sets of cutters, thus the side bars can be processed and formed in one time. After the side bar is processed, the pressing cylinder will loosen
automatically,and the pushing cylinder at the end of the machine will automatically push the finished product into the area to pack.
