Résistant aux intempéries climatiques laboratoire de test de vieillissement de la lampe UV pour la solidité des couleurs d'essai de chambre
La chambre d'essai de vieillissement UV simule l'effet des rayons du soleil avec fluorescent(UV) ultraviolet de lampes et effectuer ces cercles automatiquement. Bien qu'il simule la pluie et de la rosée avec humidité avec condensation ou waterspray. Dans quelques jours ou semaines, l'UV peut reproduire les dommages qui survient au cours des mois ou années à l'extérieur. Les dommages comprennent à la décoloration, le changement de couleur, chalking, la fissuration, craquelure, fragilisation, perte de résistance., etc. Les données de test peut vous aider à sélectionner les nouveaux matériaux ou d'améliorer le rendement des matériaux. Introduit le couvercle de chambre de deux voies de type flip pour faciliter l'ouverture et fermeture. Test spécimen et de l'étagère constituent l'trapezidal paroi interne de la chambre.
Les méthodes expérimentales:
Fixer les échantillons sur des étagères et faire face à la lampe fluorescente. Il y a pas assez d'échantillons pour selves, veuillez le remplir avec tableau noir pour vous assurer que la chambre de test étanche. Température d'essai: Peuvent adopter ou de 50, 60 70ºC. Recommander 60ºC pour test, température de condensation est de 50°C, variations de température est de ± 3 °C. Le cycle de la condensation comprend deux cycles: 1, 4 heure lampe UV et la condensation de 4 heures; 2, 8 heures et 4 heure de lampe UV de la condensation.
