Matériaux typique pour un bollard
Graphite sphéroïdale Fer et acier moulé sont plus fréquentes des matériaux pour bittes. Les deux peuvent être utilisés pour diverses applications. JIER ne recommande pas de fonte grise.
SG FER
Graphite sphéroïdale fer a une résistance élevée à la corrosion et est économique choix par poids. SG le fer est plus approprié pour les environnements plus chauds. SG bittes de fer ont tendance à peser plus due à une section transversale plus épais. SG Le fer peut éviter des dommages et de revêtement de leur surface permet de définir plus clairement exprimés dans les détails tels que les noms et numéros de série
Acier moulé
Acier moulé copes mieux avec les climats froids. Des réparations mineures peuvent être effectués par les soudeurs qualifiés, et bollards peut même être soudé à l'existant des structures en acier. Une inspection régulière et la maintenance peuvent être nécessaires pour assurer une longue et sans problème de la vie au travail. Test d'impact est fortement recommandé pour les applications par temps froid.
