Q1: What are the terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% deposit in advance, the balance before shipment. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q2: What kinds of batteries do we supply?
A: AGM, Gel, OPzV/OPzS, NI-CD Batteries are used in solar systems, UPS, street lights, control equipment, wind energy systems, telecommunications, emergency systems, etc.
Q3: How to maintain the battery?
A: The battery should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated, dark environment when not in use. It should be kept after a full charge and recharged every 3 or 6 months. It must be used within one year.
Q4: Can we accept OEM & ODM Service?
A: We can accept customization, such as the brand, logo, container color, etc. Please provide the specific details for customization.The premise is to reach a certain quantity.
Q5: MOQ & Samples
A: According to the specific voltage and capacity of the batteries you need, different batteries have different minimum order quantities (MOQ). Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to offer samples via express or air shipping. Therefore, the MOQ must be more than 300KG for the total weight of the batteries.
Q6: About the certificates & Other services
A: We have a professional export sales team with full experience. You just need to confirm the batteries you need and also advise us of the certificates you need and the documents for customs clearance.
