1) What is the price?
The price varies depending on the materials and order quantities. Larger quantities usually mean lower prices.
2) What is the MOQ?
Normally, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1000 pairs per color per size range per style. However, for some basic styles and popular styles that we produce regularly, the MOQ can be as low as 500 pairs or 200 pairs per style.
3) What is the sampling time?
Some samples are immediately available upon request. For new samples, the normal sample lead time is 5-10 days. For samples with customized new soles/tools, an additional 15-25 days are needed to make new molds.
4) What is the production lead time?
Normal production lead time is 25-35 days.
5) What is the packaging?
We can do any packaging based on client's requirements.
6) Have you passed any audits?
Our factories have passed audits from Wal-Mart, BSCI, Sedex, Universal Studios, and others. We will choose the suitable factory to produce your orders according to your requirements.
7) Can you provide us with a testing report for your product?
Our main customers are famous brands in the EU and USA, so all our products are eco-friendly and meet the standards of REACH, CPSIA, etc. All products need to pass physical testing according to the customer's standards as well. We can provide you with relevant testing reports for reference when needed.
8) What is the cost to make new sole molds?
The mold charge will be on our account if the order quantity accumulates up to 30,000 pairs per style. Otherwise, the mold charge will be on the customer's account or shared between us.
9) What is your production capacity?
We have a very flexible production capacity. We have 25 regular cooperative factories with a total of 60 production lines. Each production line can produce around 60,000 pairs per month.
10) How is the quality guaranteed?
Most of our factories are ISO certified, with strict quality management systems. BIYATE's professional QC team also provides onsite and full-time quality control. Before shipping, you can inspect the products yourself or hire a nominated inspection company like SGS, ITS, etc.
11) What is the payment term:
