                            SJ-25 Single screw extruder for plastic pipe color line 
Application:

The plastic extruder can be used for extruding thermo-plastics such as PVC,PP,PE,PP-R,ABS.
Combined with the appropiate auxiliary machines(inducling the die head),it can
used to produce many kinds of plastic products.

This Small Single Screw Mini Plastic Extruder for Lab is advanced in design, good in plasticization and low in energy consumption. The involute gear driving is characterized by low noise, stable working, big bearing capacity and long service life.

3 , Equipment Simple Description

The extruder is applied for plastic extrusion, through the hopper into the barrel, the material goes into the mould through the screw's transmission, compression, mixing and measurement. The material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoAlA, after quenching , tempering and nitrogen treatment.
