     The filling line specially for 3-5 gallons barreled drinking water ,with type
QGF-100,QGF-240,QGF-300,QGF450,QGF-600,QGF-600,QGF-900,QGF-1200.
     It integrateds bottle washing,filling and capping into one unit,in order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing,The washing machine uses multi-washing liquid spray and thimerosal spray,the thimerosal can be used circularly,The capping machine can be cap barrel automatically ,The line equips with water spraying device in order to ensure those caps sterile and clean ,it also can automatically carry out barrel,washing,steriizing,filling,capping,counting and products discharging,with complete function,modern design and high degree of automation ,It is a new kind of barreled water auto producing line ,which integrates mechanism,electricity and pneumatics technologies together

So it has full functions, low energy consumption, low investment, and higher and fast effecting characteristic.
The main electrical elements adopt the products with brands of SIEMENS and OMRON. we have good quality bottle making machinery partner, and we provide to customer same long warranty time and good after service.
 
3) How can I know the machinery quality before I order? 
A: Frist, we will invite you visiting our factory to check the machines quality, and show the machines running for you in our factory. 

4)What certificates you can provide?
A: Our factory provide the CE, SGS, ISO, and accroding to some countries, we also can provide the Pvoc, Coc, Soncap...ect 

5)Can your factory make the bottle drawing, workshop layout, and labels for us? 
A: We can help customers design their own bottle shape, workshop layout and label drawings, these jobs are free charge.
