General

This production can be used in a wide range of area,especially in the place of high fire protection requirement. ie,mine,oilfield,subway station,power plant , school, shopping center, skyscraper and all indoor configuration system.


 

STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Iron core : core applies excellent cold rolling oriental silicon sheet and 45°wholly sloped joint no punching hole structure ; surface of the core is coated with special resin to protect against rusting , elastic materials are cushioned between the clamping parts and core, between the clamping parts and core, between coils and between the core and the base seat to reduce operation noise.
  • Coils: low voltage winding applies double cylinder type or fossil type, high voltage winding applies sectional connection type structure; which is wounded by F class insulated polyester double fibre glass copper conductor and reinforced by fibre glass, epoxy resin proportion is poured and moulded under vacuum state. It has good electric performance and mechanical strength.
  • Temperature control: apply automatic temperature control protection system; realize temperature display, patrol inspection, start and stop air fan, over temperature alarm,tip and communication interface of computer etc functions on demand of users.
