Description

I. System purpose :

Accurately and quickly detect the main insulation failure of power cables with voltage levels of 35KV and below; calibrate the cable length; accurately detect the direction and depth of the cable buried.

II. System Configuration
 
1). High voltage pulse equipment,XHHV535-4TS -- impulse discharge of faulty cables. Our products include trolley type, automatic discharge type and pull rod type, which depend on the voltage level and cable length of the tested cable. 
2). Cable fault prelocator ,XHGG502-- rough measurement of fault distance through pulse signal acquisition waveform and calculation.  based on the low-voltage impulse reflection method(TDR),  multiple impulse(ARC)arc reflection method.
3). Cable Fault pinpointing locator,XHDD503D --for accurate positioning of cable fault points
4). Cable route tracer,XHGX507--mainly used for the positioning, identification, path and buried depth of cable fault points when it is live or dead. It can also test low resistance faults to ground (which depends on various connection methods of accessories inside).


III. Main technical parameters of the system: :

1) Industrial computer control, touch operation mode, strong anti-interference ability;

2)System functions: fault distance measurement, fault pinpoint location, propagation
speed test, cable path search, buried depth detection;

3)Test methods: low-voltage pulse, flashover method, multiple pulse method, audio method,
acousto-magnetic synchronization method, valley method, peak method,
electromagnetic induction method, etc.;

4)Test range: test distance: >60km, detection depth: 2-5m;

5)Measurement accuracy: Rough measurement error: ±10m (absolute value) or 1%
(relative value), fine measurement error: ±0.2m (fixed point, path, depth);

6)Sampling frequency: 400MHz, minimum resolution 0.5m (100m/us)

7)Sampling method: automatic continuous sampling, never miss any discharge
waveform.

8)Low voltage pulse: Width: Adaptive Amplitude: 400Vpp
