Product Description :

Silica brick is made of high quality silica as raw material, with lime milk and iron scale as mineralizing agent, and with pulp waste liquid as bonding agent, after forming and firing;
 
Zero expansion silica brick is made of fused quartz as raw material, after forming by high temperature sintering 1700ºC;

Light weight silica bricks are made by adding light materials or soap to the ingredients of brick making and then firing them.

Application:

1. High quality silica brick are commonly used in crown, parapet, hanging wall and runner of glass kiln;
2. Ordinary silica brick is often used in coke oven bottom, furnace wall, combustion chamber and carbonization chamber partition wall and other parts;
3. Zero expansion silica brick is often used in glass kiln and coke oven hot repair.
4. Light weight silica brick is often used in the parapet insulation layer of the vault and melting part of glass kiln.
