1.Tyre transported to reactor to pyrolyze by auto feeder.
2.Oil and gas from pyrolysis go into gas-liquid separating tower and separate, and enter into condenser to liquify , to get fuel oil, then enter into oil storage tank.
3.Coarse carbon black and steel wire from pyrolysis are output by automatic slag remover, transported to carbon black processing system by cooling hoist. Separate steel wire and carbon black through the magnetic separator,to get industrial carbon black and steel wire.
4. Steel wire pulled out by winch, compressed into pieces, and do steel scrap process.
5. Flammable gas enter into waste gas tank and processed. Then extracted by vacuum pump, enter into water sealed tank and send to hot air furnace to burn.

The whole waste tyre pyrolysis production line is mainly composed of six parts :
1. Pyrolysis reactor : the main body of the complete line, the internal reactor is rotating when production,and the temperature inside is over 500ºC. Because of the excellent insulation layer , the heating efficiency is high.
2. Condensing system: The oil gas will be turned to liquid oil through the condenser . As the large cooling area and distance ,its cooling effect is very good .
3. Feeding system: Our patent product .With the auto feeder machine , it just takes 2 hours to feed 12 ton raw materials. Saving labour and time.
4. Heating system: It can use pyrolysis oil and combustible gas produced from production. So the system can run with its own fuel supplies, saving operating cost. Besides , it also can use coal , wood ,gas as heating fuel.
5. Dedusting system: Purifies the smoke to ensure clean air emission. We provide different types of de-dusting device to meet different requirement of customers.
6. Discharging system: Carbon black is discharged out in a sealed condition to avoid ash flying. And the water jacket outside the screw conveyor provides cooling function when carbon black is discharged.

A1:We need to speak with our customer and get the permission, but we can operate the demo plant in our factory;

A2: No, it is non-standard diesel after the refinery process;
Q3: What is the use of carbon black after pyrolysis process?
A3: Normally it also can be used as fuel after the pellet process.
