the product is white crystalline powder. The anti-corrosion effect is best that in the meat.

Sodium lactate food grade is colorless or slightly yellow,viscous transparent clear liquid,odorless or slightly special odor,
mildly salty taste,sodium lactate content of not less than 50%,miscible with waterand ethanol at any ratio,nearly neutral in its
aqueous solution,and insoluble in diethyl ether and thichloromethane.
