This equipment realizes manual loading, subsequent electrode position correction and stacking process is fully automatic. It has the characteristics of high stacking efficiency and high stacking accuracy. The device design can stack a maximum of 200 * 200mm cells, and different sizes can be achieved by adjusting the fixture, which is very suitable for the development and sample production of stacking lithium ion batteries. The equipment adopts a single cantilever structure design, automatic constant tension control of roll separator materials, and automatic correction control.
