Intended use
This product is used for nucleic acid extraction and purification steps. The processed product is used for clinical in vitro testing.

Technological Principle

This kit is based on a silica gel column purification method. The sample is homogenized and lysed in the lysis solution, and the nucleic acid is released into the lysis solution. The lysate contains a high concentration of guanidine salt. Under these conditions, the filter membrane absorbs nucleic acids through hydrogen bonding and static electricity and other physical and chemical effects, while proteins and other impurities are not adsorbed. The lysate is transferred to the adsorption column for filtration, and the filter membrane that has adsorbed nucleic acid is washed to remove residual proteins and other impurities, and finally eluted by the low-salt buffer.
