Description

Wear-resistant ceramic composite lining is a composite of wear-resistant ceramics and rubber. Small square wear-resistant ceramics are vulcanized (inlaid) in special rubber at high temperature to form a wear-resistant ceramic rubber lining, which is installed in the equipment to prevent wear. In the middle, high-strength organic adhesive is used to bond the lining plate to the inner shell steel plate of the equipment to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.
The square or hemispherical wear-resistant ceramic tiles is combined with rubber and steel plate to form a ceramic-rubber-steel composite wear-resistant plate.

1. Using rubber vulcanization technology, the ceramic is embedded in the rubber to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.
