The GREAT Oil-Free VSD Magnetic Levitation Centrifugal Blower there are different models to choose from: the motor power from 55kw to 1000Kw, the working pressure from 0.4Bar to 1.5Bar, the flow capacity from 24m³/min to 1350m³/min. We can also customize according to your needs.

CORE TECHNOLOGY
1. Magnetic bearing
    · FE optimizes magnetic design and minimizes eddy currents;
    · High load capacity up to 10kN radial and 20kN thrust; Verified by force measurement;
    · No contact, no wear and no lubrication;   · Rotor unbalance compensation and dynamic support stiffness;
    · Integrated vacuum potting and sealing production process, suitable for use in harsh environments, to achieve permanent life.
2. Sensor
    · Reliable sensor technology ensures the stable operation of the whole machine magnetic bearing system;
    · Induced current or eddy current;
    · One sensor unit (3 displacement, 1 rotation) standby pulse sensor has four induction channels;
    · Low noise and high-resolution design with integrated protection shielding external magnetic fields.
3. Three-Dimension flow impeller
    · Aviation aluminum AL7075 (aviation aluminum) with high hardness heat treatment;
    · Precision manufacturing through a 5-axis machining center with tolerances below 5/1000mm;
    · Smooth and clean surface, higher efficiency than casting impeller;
    · High strength, suitable for harsh working conditions under high temperature and pressure;
    · Light weight, less power consumption;   · Power transmission efficiency can reach 100% due to direct connection between impeller and shaft.
4. High Speed PM motor
    · High efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), efficiency ≥97%;
    · Compact size;   · Accurate speed regulation can be achieved, up to 100000r/min;
    · Motor shaft and impeller directly connected design, transmission efficiency 100%;
    · Insulation grade H (maximum temperature 170ºC);
    · Number of motor poles: 2 poles, suitable for AC 380V / 50HZ power supply.

    2) Half OEM
      • Quantity: no limit
      • Under this program, we can make the necessary alteration (name plate and logo) but we will charge some extra fee for the name plate, as the name plate factory has the MOQ.
    3) Logo OEM
      • Quantity: no limit
      • Only the logo will be changed to yours, and no extra fee will be charged.

3. Overseas Engineer Service
    We are available to send our engineer for aboard service. Only need you to arrange the accommodation, transportation and translator. Extra cost for each will be discussed based on local price level.
