Physical and Chemical Indicators: Appearance:Clear and light yellow solution Ionicity:Nonionic Density: 1.14-1.16g/cm3 (at 20ºC) PH Value:4.0-6.0 Effective content: 50-53% Solid content:40-45% Reactivity: Good Performance characteristics and Application: Cross-linking agent of textile wash and wear non-iron finishing(anti-shrinkage and anti-wrinkle finishing), mainly applied in resin finishing of cotton, viscose and its blended woven fabric or knitted fabric. It also can be applied in embossing, lightning, calendering and bubbling. Also can be applied in shrink water finishing on full cotton and blended. The fabricstreated by this product has a good non-iron property, very high hydrolytic ability, very good chlorine- resistance, durable for water cleaning and dry washing, with good hand feeling. The free formaldehyde is very low. The textile treated by this product is complied to the requirement of "K-Tex standard 100" Tested according Law112, free formaldehyde content is less than 150ppm.
Application Method:
Firstly adjust the PH value of the fabric to PH value<6.5.
The following recipe suggested add 2g/l penetratingagent, and adjust the PH value to < 4.0-4.5 by citric acid / aceticacid.

Take Magnesium chloride as catalyst is suitable for various fabrics.
Dosage of catalyst: 15% of RG-220A, but not less than 8g/L ( number base on MgCl2·6H2O crystal).
Fabric after prebaked should baking under high temperature150ºC, 2-3 minutes or 170-175ºC, 60-30 seconds.
Reference recipe: Shirt fabric(full cotton woven fabric): 50-70g/L RG-220A 8-10 g/LCatalyst 0.6-1.1 g/L Citric acid 1-3 g/L Penetrating agent RG-JFC 20-30g/LStrength protection improver RG-YL25 10-30 g/LSoftener RG-QD30 mangle expression:about 70% Prebaking:baking to remained moisture content is about 5-8%. Baking: 150ºC,3 minutes, or 170ºC, 45 seconds.

Specified technology should be appropriate adjusted according to test, suggest do necessary test before use, especially for white or light color fabric treatment, it is more necessary.
Notes:
Before use this product, fabric should be natural meta-acid, and has good permeability.
Fabric treated by this product can not need after-wash process. But after-wash process can help to remove the residual reactant of the surface, to make the fabric hand feeling better.
Necessary preliminary test was needed at any occasion before production.
Package and Storage: Package: 160kg plastic drum. Avoid insolation and frozen. Stored in a cool, ventilated place. Shelf life is one year in room temperature. If stored in a higher temperature, the appearance will tend to be yellow, but it will not affect the product effective and usage. It should be used up once opened the drum. If didn't use up, then must seal it. In rare cases, there will belittle crystal separated out under low temperature. If increase the temperature or add water and stir, the crystal can be dissolved.
