Germany OCS PVC resin powder impurity optical detector
Testing procedure: Each batch (50 to 100g) of powder is sampled from the production line, poured into a funnel, dispersed into a single layer by vibration, and then scanned and detected for red, brown, yellow and black powder impurities through an LED light source system and a linear camera system using OCS's proprietary advanced software. Fast and accurate detection of PVC resin powder production process because of the fluctuation of conditions, resulting in unstable product quality.
