Charcoal production steps:

1.The wood is pulverized into 3-5mm sawdust by a pulverizer

2.The moisture of the sawdust is reduced to 8-12% by the dryer

3.The dried sawdust is processed into sticks at high temperature by the stick making machine
4.The sticks are processed by carbonization furnace and formed into charcoal Briquette

Raw material  logs, tree branch edge and processed wood 

Final product used for animal bedding,particle board, wood pulp paper, filler, bio-energy,etc.

Finished product moisture 8-12%               Output 60kg/h
