SPMK518 thermal instrument calibrator Process Calibrator is a new generation of intelligent process calibrator. With phone menu operation mode and strong task management function, it can meet the requirements for calibration of temperature, pressure and other process instruments of the industrial site and laboratory. Its advantages include attractive appearance, high durability, simple operation, clear display, etc. It is an ideal tool for calibration, maintenance and repair of thermal instruments.
Main features :
1. Measurement and output are completely isolated to avoid interference, which can be conducted simultaneously;
2. It can measure voltage, current, resistance, frequency, pulse and switching (on-off). The temperature also can be measured by using RTD or thermocouple;
3. It can output signals of voltage, current, resistance, frequency, pulse, etc;
4.It can simulate measurement and output for 13 kinds of thermocouples and provide cold junction compensation (manual mode and automatic mode are optional);
5. It can simulate measurement and output for 11 kinds of RTD and custom RTD (12 groups at most);
6. It can provide a DC24V power supply isolated from measurement and output;
7. It can support snapshot storage function;
It can support step, program and other output modes;
8. Built-in HART manual operator (applicable to SPMK518) can perform basic information management of HART instrument, range migration as well as calibration and maintenance of zero point, full-scale calibration and other function devices;
9. It can be connected with SDP modular intelligent digital pressure calibrator to perform pressure measurement (applicable to SPMK518 and SPMK517);
10. Advanced automatic cold junction compensation technology: built-in cold junction thermal insulation module for fast tracking temperature change. Product Parameters
