Oxide Filling Machine
Introduction:
The machine adopts low frequency vibrator, which has large vibration torque, can satisfy the filling ability of tubular plate with different length, with high production efficiency, and the capacity can reach 50~80 pcs per minute. Under the condition of high precision and complete closure, the dust pollution produced in the oxide filling is effectively solved, and the operator is not polluted by lead dust. The automatic or manual operation can be realized in the whole process of oxide filling, which greatly improves the efficiency of oxide filling, which is more than 50% higher than that of the traditional filling method.

1. Power supply: AC 380V 50Hz, Three-phase, input line adopts 25 mm2

3. Equipment power drive is divided into two parts, first is compressed air as the power source, mainly controls oxide feeding cylinder and pushing cylinder; second is motor drive, mainly including 5 motors: bucket feeder, the motor power is 2.2KW; mixing barrel, motor power 2.2KW; vibrator, motor power 1.5KW; oxide distributor, motor power 0.55KW; oxide feeding trolley motor 0.37kw.
4. The equipment is equipped with a frequency converter to control the vibrator motor, which can adjust the vibration frequency at any time. (Note: the minimum frequency of the converter during the operation of the equipment cannot be adjusted below 20HZ, otherwise, the motor will be damaged)
5. Compressed air maximum pressure: 0.6mPa.
