The calcium silicate board polystyrene particles sandwich panel of our company is produced with wide raw material sources at low prices. The plate has the advantages of being lightweight, high strength, thermal preservation, heat insulation, waterproofing, radiation protection, and so on.

Our Advantages

 

Advantages of our eps cement sandwich panel machinery

1. Automatic raw material feeding --metering -mixing system, accurate measurement to ensure proportion stability

2. The Mixer is a double -shaft, with a Compact structure beautiful appearance, stable operation, convenient operation, and high production efficiency. Besides, the blade is only 3mm from the mixer wall so that can guarantee to mix even.
The end of the shaft has four seals, no oil leakage, no slurry leakage, and automatic oil filling maintenance.

3. For big capacity, we will equip a second mixer to help you increase working efficiency.  After the first mixing finish, will pour the total slurry into the second mixer, and then start the next mixing directly to save time. and the second mixer has two functions, one is for temperature storage and the second is to avoid the separation of the slurry.

4. We use the pump to cast the slurry into the mold car, in this way, the slurry will be more even, with fewer bubbles,  and it can keep the working platform clear without wasted raw material.

Besides, it can avoid the difference between the two ends of the two boards by workers' Vibra, protect the integrity of the calcium silicate board, and ensure the compactness of both sides.

5. We have a double-functional mold car, it not only can produce a composite but also can produce solid panels to suit market demand. moreover, our solid panel technology is No.1 in China.

6. The double-functional mold car could produce the 4 edges of the T & G, we already have the project for this kind of edge requirement.

7. What we provide is not only the machine but a whole system. We will provide the installation, commissioning, and purchasing of the raw material, and solve any problem timely. We will provide one year guarantee. Workshop design, equipment installation, Workers'trainning. Formula's upgrades are on time provided.
