A:Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contact us for further information.
Q2:Can you supply the relevant document?
A:Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.
Q3:What kind of payment method can you accept?
A:We can accept L/C,TT,Western Union,30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
Q4:What can do you if the machine broken?
A:Our machine's warranty period is 24months,if the broken parts can't repair,we can send the new parts replace the broken parts freely,but you need pay the express cost yourself.if after warranty period,we can through negotiation for to solve the problems,and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the equipment.
