Characteristics:

ASP21 PLA resin (Polylactic acid resin) is made of corn, cassava and other crops as raw materials, obtained by microbial fermentation and extraction to obtain lactic acid, and then refined, dehydrated and oligomerized, pyrolyzed and polymerized. 

ASP21 PLA resin has excellent biodegradability and can be completely degraded into carbon dioxide and water in 180 days under industrial composting conditions, without causing pollution to the environment.


ASP21 Polylactic acid PLA resin is suitable for applications such as Injection, Sheet material, Non-woven fabrics, Staple fiber and Filament
 

Typical Application:

1. By utilizing the crystallization properties of ASP21, the heat distortion temperature of products made of this grade can be as high as 100°C or more. It can be applied to Heat-resistant Disposable Tablewares, and Heat-resistant & Durable Tablewares and Daily necessities.

2. The polylactic acid material is compostable and degradable for the manufacture of meltblown cloth for masks, helping to reduce the environmental problems caused by a large number of discarded masks.

3. In addition, the high melt flow rate makes it more suitable for thin-wall injection molding.
