Sterilization principle:

This series of ventilation sterilizers uses superheated water  as sterilizing media. In this way, the pressure balance and back pressure protection of equipment and products can be well controlled. Therefore, the equipment is widely used for items that need to be kept in shape and marketed. Sterilization time. Forced convection fan and air guide plate structure make the unsaturated steam in the chamber fully mixed, to ensure uniform sterilization temperature. The equipment is equipped with cooling coils. Product cooling and drying are accomplished by sending cooling water into coils to condense the mixture of gases in the chamber. The product evaporates at the same time, and finally reaches the purpose of cooling and drying.



1. The main body is round or rectangular, manufactured in accordance with strict quality and safety standards. All chambers are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel.
2. Adopt double door automatic moving door or mechanical door. Doors have manual doors, automatic doors and other forms.
3. Flexible design of loading vehicle for ergonomic handling, space utilization and temperature uniformity.
4. Large flow, low pressure stainless steel centrifugal pump, can achieve rapid heat transfer and short heating and cooling time. Valves, heat exchangers, pumps, filters, all parts and piping working parts, fittings, gaskets, etc. are certified for quality according to current standards and are designed and installed for proper maintenance and long life cycle.
5. Adopt computer control or PLC+ touch screen system. F0 value, temperature and pressure curve together to ensure sterilization effect. The system detects the correct temperature and runs stably. Maintain complete disinfection records.
6. Flexible operating temperature range, can handle a variety of packaging materials from plastic to glass.

Design:

1. The double door chamber contains the necessary interlocking devices and each door has a preventive mechanism to ensure maximum operator safety.

2. The technical area is designed for ergonomic maintenance, making easy access to components and easy replacement of spare parts almost without the use of tools. The potential hot piping is insulated with chlorine-free mineral wool within the external stainless steel AISI 304 sheet.

3. Loading and unloading handling operations can be done manually or, when large and heavy loads must be moved, can be done using automatic mechanisms. The automatic loading/unloading system includes a worktable located in front of the door for pallets. The tray is then introduced by a mechanical system under the workbench.

4. Another option for heavy load is to mount the device in a pit and thus load at ground level.
