3.1  Grating

3.2  waste water regulating tank
 Both industrial wastewater and domestic sewage, water quality and quantity of water within 24 h fluctuate. This change is unfavorable to wastewater treatment equipment, especially biological treatment equipment, to perform its purification function normally, and may even cause damage. 3.3   inclined tube precipitator
 Sedimentation is the process of removing suspended solids from wastewater by gravity settling principle, and the main treatment facility is sedimentation tank. the sedimentation tank is mainly to remove the suspended solids that can be settled suspended in the wastewater. the sedimentation tank before biochemical treatment is mainly to remove inorganic particles and part of organic matter. the sedimentation tank after biological treatment is mainly to remove microbial bodies. The integrated sedimentation device adopts inclined tube precipitator, which means the settling equipment with inclined tube packing in the sedimentation area, which is made according to the precipitation principle of removing fractional particles in the advection sedimentation tank. By adding inclined tube in the tank, reducing the hydraulic radius and increasing the wet cycle of the cross section of the pool, the flow rate can greatly reduce the Reynolds number at the same horizontal flow rate, thus reducing the storage flow and promoting precipitation. In addition, adding inclined plate can also shorten the precipitation distance, reduce the precipitation time and improve the sedimentation efficiency. the upper layer of clear water in the sedimentation tank enters the subsequent treatment unit through the overflow Weir, and the sludge settling enters the sludge hopper collection and management road and is discharged into the sludge thickening tank.

The PH of wastewater is unstable, set up PH on-line monitor, automatically adjust the PH value of wastewater, less than 6.5 when adding alkali, higher than 7.5 when adding acid. At the same time, sodium bisulfite and calcium oxide were added to the wastewater, and chromium ions, SS, oil and graphite were condensed into large flocs and removed by precipitation separation.
