3.1 Grating

3.3 inclined tube precipitator

The integrated sedimentation device adopts inclined tube precipitator, which means the settling equipment with inclined tube packing in the sedimentation area, which is made according to the precipitation principle of removing fractional particles in the advection sedimentation tank. By adding inclined tube in the tank, reducing the hydraulic radius and increasing the wet cycle of the cross section of the pool, the flow rate can greatly reduce the Reynolds number at the same horizontal flow rate, thus reducing the storage flow and promoting precipitation. In addition, adding inclined plate can also shorten the precipitation distance, reduce the precipitation time and improve the sedimentation efficiency. the upper layer of clear water in the sedimentation tank enters the subsequent treatment unit through the overflow Weir, and the sludge settling enters the sludge hopper collection and management road and is discharged into the sludge thickening tank.
