Cranberry (Bilberry), or Vaccinium myrtillus (Latin), is made from a small, blue berry that has been used medicinally for hundreds of years. Like their close relatives, blueberries and cranberries, bilberries have powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant qualities.
