Demounting removal tools for DTH hammer top sub tear down from Xiamen Bestlink factory co., Ltd.The threaded connections of the driver chuck and top sub may become very tightly tensioned during drilling. It is convenient to break the hammer threads on the rig, but if the threads cannot be loosened or tend to get stuck, a breakout bench is the solution.
This handy but powerful breakout bench can easily be placed in a workshop or container and it breaks DTH hammers between 3-8".
The breakout bench is available in two designs, one for 3-5"hammer, and another for 6-8" hammer.
Note! ! ! The breakout bench is delivered with wrench keys.
The operation method as below:1). Put hammer on the bench.
2). Adjust the position of the hammer and wrench; Use wrench to block the top sub side of hammer; Let wrench and jack in the same face.
3). Fix K-shaped base with nut.
4). Fix wrench with nuts.
5). Shake handle of jack slowly till top sub away from hammer.
6). After top sub dismantled, grease the jack, release nuts, discharge the K-shaped base and turn around the hammer.
7). Adjust the position of hammer and wrench; Use wrench to block the drive chuck of hammer; Let wrench and jack in the same face.
8). Fix hammer
9). Fix K-shaped base and the wrench with nut.
10). Shake handle of jack slowly till drive chuck away from hammer.
