SF6 Gas Vacuuming Recovery System and Filling Device is an essential equipment for reclaiming and treatment of SF6 gas in the manufacture, installations and maintenance of SF6 electrical apparatus.
This system is provided & produced by our company according to the standard of JB/DQ2588-90 of the Ministry of Electro-Machano Industry and DL/T 662-2009 "specification for SF6 gas refilling and recovery device", which consists of recovery system, and inflating system, vacuum system, purification system and gas storage system.
1. Vacuumize and check vacuum pressure of the device and SF6 switch and GIS.
2. Vacuumize and check vacuum pressure of the liquefaction tank.
3. Vacuumize and check vacuum pressure of the device itself.
4. Inflate the SF6 switch.
5. Recovery of SF6 gas in electrical equipment including water treatment and oil treatment.
6. Dry and purify the recovered and recharged SF6 gas.
