Description
JD-608 is a type of two-component clear epoxy paint with combination of colored metallic powder to achieve a bright & colorful with different patterns.It has been used for years on concrete floors in factories, hotel lobbies and other commercial settings because of their adhesion, hardness and resistance. The past years have also witnessed a shift in home and garage decor from the single color concrete floor to decorative epoxy. Everybody is more interested in aesthetics now than they used to be. Directions for use
1. Substrate preparation:Correct substrate preparation is critical for optimum performance. Surface should be smooth, clean, dry and free from loose particles, oil, grease, and other contaminants.
2. Primer: Apply JD-D10 directly with roller on the surface. The reference consumption is 0.15kg/m². According to the oil absorption condition of substrate, a second coat may be required. Wait for 8 hours to recoat.
3. Stick 3D picture
4. Top coat: Mixing JD-600A with JD-600B according to A:B=2:1, stir well, and then apply the mixture with roller for twice. The second layer must be applied after 12 hours.
5. Apply ALT-290 top coat varnish
6. Maintenance: 5-7 days. Don't wash with water or other chemicals during maintenance time.
Storage & Package
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from sources of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed. Handle with care.
