Operational guidelines- Turn the heater power to the lowest scale first before welding. Then raise the temperature to the right degree step by step according to your requirement.
- Do not touch the cylinder when operation to avoid scald. Put down it softly after use in order to prolong its life.
- Do not turn off the power immediately after use. Turn the temperature controller to "0" and let the cool air blowing for a while to cool the machine before turn off the power.
- If not professional personnel, please do not open the machine.
Warning:
Danger!Please make sure the machine is turned off and not connect to the power before taking apart.
Hot air welding machine may cause high temperature when working. If operating incorrectly in dangerous area, it may cause fire or explode. So please work the machine far away from combustible objects or gas.
Do not touch the nozzle when working to avoid scald.
Till the machine cool down completely then move it.
Only use the electrical outlet with earthing. If not earthing, may cause inner parts break. Must use the power cord with effective earthing.
Attention:
1.Voltage must be 230V and power be earthing.
2.To protect the safety of user and machine, it must install A.C. stabilized voltage supply and leakage protector in working site.
3.The heat from nozzle may fire combustibles.
4.Strictly prohibit working in water or muddy place. Avoid foundering, drenching or moisture.
