Function
Zinc stearate has good thermal stability, low initial coloration, good light stability, and has a synergistic effect with calcium stearate and barium stearate. It has a foam stabilizing effect and can be used as a foaming aid for foaming products. Used as a lubricant for cosmetic powder, glue, and plastic products, zinc stearate is used as a stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride. With barium-cadmium soap, it is mainly used for soft products.
