Introduction to Product

Dry type air core series reactor is suitable for 6,10,35kv power system, which is connected in series with shunt
capacitor to restrain the distortion of grid voltage waveform, so as to change the quality of power grid and ensure
the safe operation of power system; to restrain the harmonic current flowing through the capacitor bank and limit
the closing inrush current, so as to protect the capacitor and make it operate safely and reliably.

the safe operation of power system; to restrain the harmonic current flowing through the capacitor bank and limit
the closing inrush current, so as to protect the capacitor and make it operate safely and reliably.


Feature:

1. The reactor adopts dry air core structure to avoid oil leakage, flammability and other defects of oil immersed
    reactor. It has simple maintenance, safe operation, no iron core, no ferromagnetic saturation, inductance value
    will not change with current change, good linearity and low noise.

2. The reactor coil is encapsulated by epoxy resin impregnated weft free glass ribbon. The reactor coil adopts
    polyester film and glass fiber with excellent insulation performance as the turn to turn insulation of conductor.

3. The surface of reactor is covered with silicon organic paint which is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, which has
    good outdoor weather resistance performance.

4. Polyester glass pull-out rod is used as axial cooling air passage for reactor, which has good heat dissipation
    performance.

5.The maximum temperature of the reactor is taken into account to ensure the safety of the reactor during long-term
    operation.

6. Because the reactor adopts multi-layer parallel structure, the axial electric stress of the coil is zero, and the voltage
    distribution along the coil axial height direction is uniform under steady-state operating voltage.

7. Since the reactor is wrapped with non weft glass ribbon impregnated with epoxy resin, the coil has good integrity
    after curing treatment, and the noise level of reactor is lower than 60dB during the whole service life.

8. The reactor adopts aluminum conductor (Φ 1.5 ~ Φ 5) with small cross section as coil conductor, which effectively
    reduces eddy current loss in the conductor under harmonic state.

9. Because the reactor is wrapped with epoxy resin impregnated weft free glass ribbon, the huge mechanical force
    generated when the reactor passes through the short circuit current is borne by the enveloping, so that the whole
    coil has a very high ability to resist short circuit current.

10. The conductive part of reactor is welded by argon arc welding, and there are no fastening parts on the mechanical
      structure, which greatly improves the operation reliability.

11. The whole reactor has a simple and compact structure and can operate for a long time under outdoor climate
      conditions without equipment maintenance requirements.

5. Altitude: no more than 1000m (more than 1000m shall be stated when ordering).

6. Seismic capacity: it can withstand earthquakes with intensity of 8.

7. There should be no severe vibration or turbulence in the installation and operation area.

8. The installation and operation area shall be free of harmful gas, steam, conductive or explosive dust.
