1) When installing the fine boring tool, you should first check if there is any dust, dirt or rust in the bore of the interface position where the fine boring tool is connected to the shank. If there is any, then the interface should be cleaned up before installing the fine boring tool.
2) Before installing the fine boring tool, you should first check whether the fine boring tool has any traces of damage, whether the modular interface position is intact and clean, whether there is a sense of obstruction when dialing the dial by hand, and whether the dial can be screwed to the maximum or minimum value. If one of the above conditions does not meet the requirements, the fine boring tool should be replaced.
3) It is forbidden to use cotton gauze when wiping the fine boring tool to prevent the fine hairs falling from the cotton gauze from remaining on the connection position of the modular interface of the fine boring tool and affecting its accuracy.
