What is Liranaftate?Liranafilate is a new third-generation thiocarbamate antifungal drug, a new class of chemical drugs, belonging to squalene cycoperoxidase inhibitor. By inhibiting the epoxidation reaction of fungal cell membrane squalene, it obstructs the synthesis of ergosterol, which is a component of cell membrane, and plays an antifungal role, with antifungal activity 8 times that of tonafilate. The effect of dermatophyton puller was better than clotrimazole. It has strong antifungal effects on skin filamentous fungi (Trichophyton, Microspora, Epidermophyton), and also shows antifungal effects on other filamentous fungi, dark fungi, and dimorphic fungi. It is suitable for the treatment of tinea capitis, tinea handorum, tinea pedis, tinea toenesis, tinea corporis, tinea femoris, tinea versicolor and candida vulvovaginitis. |

It has a strong anti-fungal

antifungal activity on other filamentous fungi, dark fungi, dimorphic fungi.It is useful in the treatment
of tinea capitis, ringworm, athlete's foot, tinea pedis, onychomycosis, tinea, jock itch, tinea versicolor
and vulvovaginal candidiasis.
