Isolated Soy Protein  is an Emulsion Type Isolated Soy Protein recommended for Cooked Sausages, Burgers, Barbecue, Meat Analogues, Minced Meat etc. It is used in bowl-chopping & mixing system, with an excellent emulsifying property and a Strong Gel for Meat Application. It is made from Non-Gmo soybean.
9001BW has a high protein level of 90%. It helps to achieve good emulsifying and water-binding properties to reduce the cooking loss and to improve the structure of the final meat products.
