In the VR type, a roller cage in which precision balls are combined with each other is used in combination with a 90° V-shaped groove rolling surface provided on a dedicated rail. By assembling the two rows of roller guides in parallel, the rail system can withstand loads in four directions. Further, since the preload can be applied to the cross roller guide rail, a sliding mechanism having no gap and high rigidity and a light movement can be obtained. VR cross roller guides and ball guides are widely used in slider part of precision equipment such as office equipment and its external equipment, various measuring instruments, printed circuit board drilling machines, or optical measuring equipment, optical tables, operating mechanisms, and X-ray equipment.
