VB ball linear guide is made of four special V-guide after special heat treatment precision grinding processing, it is a high precision, light load, super smooth linear motion system, it is widely used in harsh working environment. Cross rails are usually made of bearing steel with grade GCR15(AIS152100) and hardness between HRC58 and HRC62. Also used for special corrosion protection is the SUS440C material, hardness between HRC58 and HRC60.
